RELIFOODS PARTNERS WITH GREENYELLOW VIETNAM TO INSTALL ROOFTOP SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS

Aiming at an environmental protection and sustainable development goal, Relifoods JSC is constantly researching and making efforts to apply innovation and modern technologies. We primarily focus on developing renewable energy sources to ensure a green production chain with minimum environmental impact.

On March 8th, 2023, Relifoods entered into a contract to implement a rooftop solar power project with GreenYellow - a multinational corporation with expertise in constructing renewable energy projects based on international standards. This contract marks the starting point for our journey in converting to green energy. The 1st phase of the project will involve installing a solar power system with a capacity of up to 574 kWp, which is expected to be operational by May 2023. Looking ahead, Relifoods plans to double the rooftop area dedicated to solar power in the 2nd phase of the project. This expansion will bring the system&rsquo;s installed capacity to 1 MWp, immediately following the completion of the first phase.

Along with striving to regenerate 1 MWp, Relifoods has set its goal to achieve a Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC), a credential that attests to the origin of the electricity Relifoods consumes and its adherence to international standards, by reducing carbon emission and ensuring its production processes align with environmentally sound practices. On October 28, 2022, the Relifoods&rsquo;s board of manager attended the K-Global Dream Challenge Event, organized by VKSEN in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
&nbsp;VKSEN is the abbreviation of Vietnam-Korean Startup Entrepreneur Network, a network that supports startup activities as well as links between Vietnamese and Korean Enterprises. Established in 2019, VKSEN has brought an effective interactive environment to many enterprises in various sectors.
&nbsp;In this meeting, the L-One Group has chose Relifoods as a strategic partner in Vietnam, a new company established in 2021 which has gathered a team of managers and employees with more than 20 years of experience from well-known companies in the field of fruit-vegetables processing and foods processing. In addition, the Relifoods&rsquo;s production systems apply advanced technology and would like to bring the best quality products to customers and meet strictest standards of choosy markets.
Currently, L-One is focusing on developing the beverage segment in the Vietnamese market in the coming years. According to statistics and overview of Vietnamese market, the Vietnamese beverage market has great potential not only for coffee but also for non-coffee products such as tea and juice.
&nbsp;In order to implement the plan to penetrate Vietnamese market, L-One has chosen Relifoods as a strategic partner to invest the technology and develop businesses on potential products for the domestic market as well as export to other countries.
